Milford festival to set sail for fun

The Downtown Milford Business Association (DMBA) serves the news of local merchants, and one of its activities is expected to attract considerable attention.

The group will be setting sail for fun with its 21st annual Pirate’s Day party. The scheduled for the day kicks off with a Pancakes with the Pirates breakfast, and the excitement will keep on going until it concludes for another year.

Along with the breakfast, the function will include live performances, costumed characters, a treasure hunt, and a vendor area that showcases local businesses. Anyone who plans to be there is encouraged to wear their favorite-pirate style garb, and food will be on offer for everyone. The kids can enjoy a themed story time at the library, and all ages are invited to join in the fun of the festivities.

Organized events give members of a community an opportunity to learn more about what it has to offer them, and have fun doing so. Brochure printing companies will be pleased to provide a full line of services that may be helpful to those who plan large public functions.

This day of pirate-themed fun for landlubbers will be taking place on Sunday, June 4, beginning at 8:00 am. A full listing of the activities as well as their locations and timings, can be found on the DMBA website.
