A late summer festival that is set to be a seafood celebration for Milford locals and visitors will run for two days in mid-August.
Hosted on Fowler Field, the annual Milford Oyster Festival After Dark will be a celebration of locally sourced shellfish. Each night will feature a different headline performer and a busy agenda, and admission will be $8 per person.
Along with the opportunity to dine on an assortment of oysters sourced from local farms and ponds, all adults in the crowd can sip on cold craft beer, wine, and hard seltzers. Other food will be available for purchase as well. Everyone can go for a spin on the amusement style rides, and those age 13 and under need to attend along with an adult. The live entertainment will begin at 5:30 pm on its scheduled Friday and 4:00 pm on the Saturday.
