A hands-on class will soon be offered to those who call Milford home, and everyone who takes part will get the chance to walk away with a project they have crafted themselves.
Dockside Brewery will be the venue for an evening of candle making, and the instructors will walk the participants through the process of creating their own candle. As they will be made by hand, each will be unique, and passes for the activity are available now.
Each registrant for the class will use the materials supplied to them to craft their candle, which will be soy based and organic. There will be an assortment of scents to choose from to further customize the creations, and while they work on their project, the ticket holders will have a chance to enjoy some drinks and nibbles purchased on site.
This event is expected to sell out well in advance. A flyer printing company can take care of the marketing side of an event by preparing a variety of promotional materials, which may be posted in various prominent locations in a community, sent out as mailers, or distributed by some other method.
This candle crafting class will begin at 6:00pm on January 2. Dockside Brewery is located at 40 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford, and spaces may be reserved online.
