An organization that represents engineers, industry insiders, and academics in the field of vertical flight has scheduled its annual golf fundraising outing, and both single players and foursomes are encouraged to add their name to the list of players.
This Milford area VFS Golf Tournament, which will be held at Blackhawk Country Club in Stratford, has been scheduled for the afternoon. The registration fee per player is $180, and a special discount is being offered to those who sign up as a group of four.
This year will mark the 28th time the tourney has taken place. Each golfer will have their green fees covered, and they will also receive the use of a cart and a gift bag filled with a selection of Promotional Products and other swag. Refreshments, as well as lunch and dinner, will be served, and there is a ticket option for those who can only attend the dinner portion of the event.
Along with the golf, meals, and other perks offered to the registrants, games and a raffle draw have been added to the agenda for the fundraiser. The proceeds from the day will be used to help fund the Vertical Flight Foundation Scholarship.
