Evening of yoga and crafting on offer in Milford

A session that will combine strengthening the mind and body will soon be hosted live in Milford, designed to shake away the COVID cobwebs.

The class will combine yoga with guided meditation and even some crafting, and the participants will also be enjoying a relaxing cup of tea. The function will be focused on poses, and everyone will receive a packet of charms, gemstones and other items they can use to craft a bracelet to wear and keep.

The function will be divided into two parts, and the first will take place on the Milford Green. Here, the registrants will engage in a yoga session, and after this, the group will head over to the MAC where they will craft their bracelets over cups of tea. The gathering is suitable for all experience levels, and it provides an introduction to the practice that the organizers feel is gentle and welcoming.

Taking part in this sort of activity offers a way to clear the mind and prepare for the arrival of summer. Leaflets and other publications offer a cost effective way to promote class, and a flyer printing company will no doubt be pleased to provide them.

Instructor Traci Weber will be guiding this toga workshop and crafting session on May 25. The admission price is $45.
