A Milford area function will give local book lovers a chance to fill their shelves at a bargain price.
Pequot Library’s popular Black Friday/Saturday market is set to return for 2020, and admission to the sale is free of charge. The monies raised from book sales will support the programming offered by the institution, and will benefit both kids and adults alike.
All items on offer will be priced to sell, and those who plan on attending can expect to find thousands of titles to choose from. Both Print and digital media will be included, and as many Books will be in like new condition, the planners stress that they could be great gift ideas for the upcoming holiday season. A wide selection of genres will be available.
It was noted in the event’s listing that the organizers will be following recommendations for social distancing and other measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The library’s website contains the most up to date details about this, and these can also be included in the Promotional Products used to market this type of community event in the local area.
The tentative dates for the sale are November 27 and 28, and it will be open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm on both days. It is set to be held at 720 Pequot Avenue in Southport.
