A free health fair that has a focus on youth will be held in the Torrance area next month.
The community wellness expo will give young people an opportunity to learn more about health-related topics that may be of interest to them. Directed at both middle and high school students, it will offer them an opportunity to learn more about a range of topics, including the importance of eating a nutritious breakfast and making other healthy food choices, how to add physical fitness and exercise to their daily routine, mental focus and mindfulness, and how to use social media responsibly.
The fair will be facilitated by doctors, fitness trainers, educators, and leaders in the community healthcare field. The goal is to help youth make the best possible decisions when it comes to their health, wellbeing, and other lifestyle choices. A printer can supply an assortment of branded Promotional Products that can be distributed to those who come out to a community function such as this.
The event will take place on November 12 at the Grace Hopper STEM Academy, which can be found at 601 Grace Avenue in Inglewood. There is no charge to take part.
Anyone who would like to find out more, or who is interested in attending, can find further details or register to take part through the community wellness fair’s website.
