Pizza eatery plans location in Torrance
A new restaurant concept focused on pizza, Lucy’s & Pop’s Pizza, will be coming to Torrance.
It will be on Palos Verdes Boulevard in what was once Texas Loosey’s. It will offer a casual dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere and a friendly menu with options for a variety of tastes. Banner printing is often used at such sites to inform residents of such upcoming establishments.
This restaurant is a project of Patrick Mescall and Brian Eldridge, veterans of South Bay Hospitality Group, which they founded in 2017. South Bay Hospitality Group operates several bars and restaurants in the area including The Bounty Room, Tiki Kai, The Hula Hula Room, and The Sly Fox Irish Pub. Torrance Taven is also co-owned by Mescall with John Shapiro.
Eldridge and Mescall have a reputation for revitalizing existing spaces and creating concepts focused on the neighborhood that combine community engagement with quality food.
