The Community Services Department of the city of Torrance will hold the annual Harry Sutter Memorial Turkey Trot Fun Run this year.
The Fun Run will be a race that is three miles long, and will commence at 8:00am. The race will start and end at the parking lot of Sam’s Club at the Torrance Crossroads Center, traverse Skypark Drive, then follow Hawthorne Boulevard, 240th Street, and Madison Street, before returning along Skypark Drive.
The fee to register for the Fun Run is $35 through to Friday November 17.
Those who register later can do so at the Community Services Department at the City Hall West Annex. This can be found on Torrance Boulevard, and runners can register here from 11:00am to 6:00pm on November 22, and on the day of the race at the Sam’s Club parking lot.
All registrants will receive a long sleeve T-shirt. The Logo Design of such races can be used to commemorate the occasion. After the race, there will be a drawing for special prizes including dinner vouchers, memberships to gyms, and mountain bikes, among others.
Both runners and spectators are invited to bring a can of food for the food drive on that day.
The Fun Run will take place on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 23. Check in and registration will be from 6:30am to 7:30am, followed by warm up and announcements from 7:30am to 7:50am.Get a Free Quote for Logo Design
