A Torrance not-for-profit organization will be hosting an event to help raise money to support it in its efforts to offer free classes in the fiber and textile arts.
Yes4arts will be staging its Spring Fashion Show that will combine some of the latest clothing, featuring the crochet collection of Paula Bennett. There will also be a chance for those who attend to browse through the offerings from local vendors as well.
Along with the show and shopping, there will be an auction, appetizers, live entertainment, and displays of artistic pieces produced by area artists and craftspeople. Events such as this that take place in the area can be included in community bulletins and other items that are produced by newsletter printing companies, so that as many people as possible will be made aware of them.
Tickets for the evening, which is set to start on April 30 at 5:00 pm, have been priced at $20 each. The event will take place in the Torrance Cultural Arts Center in the Toyota Meeting Hall. Anyone who may be interested in setting up a booth or table at the show are welcome to submit an application to do so.
Those who would like have further details, buy tickets online, or download and submit a vendor application can find them on the Yes4arts Spring Fashion Show’s webpage.
