The Tokyo Central store of Marukai Corporation is now open in Torrance.
This store is on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH)and is a popular grocer and retailer based in Japan. The store spans 22,150 square feet; it will be the second location in Torrance of the chain and the 12th store in the United States. Tokyo Central plans to open many more stores in the coming year.
Tokyo Central offers a wide variety of premium goods imported from Japan and includes items such as health products, ready-to-go and made-to-order food trays, groceries, and other specialty items. Also featured at the store is the Vanshow Sushi & Bar restaurant, which serves authentic and fresh Japanese cuisine.
Such new stores can turn to brochure printing to highlight their unique products and offerings.
The president of Marukai Corporation, Koichi Toyo, expressed his excitement about opening their 12th location in the Los Angeles area, which is close to 9,000 kilometers from Tokyo. He said that in addition to the many Japanese products its stores offer, there are items that are locally sourced and combine the hospitality of Japan with the friendly service of the Los Angeles area. He concluded by saying that Tokyo Central is the one-stop shop for Japanese lifestyle and specialty food items.
Tokyo Central is open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
