The Leadership Torrance 2015 networking and info session is taking place this November. A program of the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce, it is offered to businesspeople in the South Bay Area.
Leadership Torrance is a six-month educational program that teaches skills in leading from the front, and provides hands-on experience for up and coming businesspeople. It consists of nine day-long workshops that feature guest speakers, may include tours of area businesses, and will discuss current economic and other issues. Each class chooses a community project in which to practice their newly learned skills and the graduates go on to lead the next year's program.
The information session will provide all the necessary facts for those who wish to apply and will also be an opportunity to network with peers.
