San Leandro residents have already begun clearing their schedules in anticipation of a family-oriented festival scheduled to take place in August. This event is open to everyone, and guests can enjoy a host of on-site attractions.
Similar to other cities across the United States, San Leandro will soon be celebrating National Night Out. This annual celebration provides a means for neighbors to connect with one another, to enjoy an evening with friends, and to contribute to charitable causes. All proceeds from this year's event will be donated to the Davis Center Community Food Pantry. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable foods to support an ongoing food drive.
Guests can also expect to enjoy a wide range of attractions after they arrive. These include complimentary hot dogs, child-friendly games, and ice cream sundaes.

San Leandro National Night Out is being celebrated on Tuesday, August 4th from 5:30 PM to 7:03 PM. All events are being hosted by First Presbyterian Church located at 180 Estudillo Avenue. Tickets are not needed, and this festival is free to attend.
