Night of comedy comes to San Leandro

A popular comedic performer is bringing their current tour through the area next month, providing San Leandro residents with a night of laughs.

David Cross is a producer, comedian, actor, and writer. He has been nominated several times for Grammy Awards, and also taken home an Emmy. Cross has toured many times over his career, bringing new material and life experiences each time.

Both in front of and behind the scenes, Cross has worked on a number of well-known projects. These include titles like “The Dark Divide,” “8-Bit Christmas,” “Station Eleven,” “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,” the “Kung Fu Panda” franchise, and “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.”

This show in The End of The Beginning of The End Tour is a rescheduled event. The original date was September 19th, 2024. Any tickets purchased for that date will be accepted for the new show. The remaining seats, available through Ticketmaster, go for values between $54.25 and $155.40.

The performance, which is being held just outside of San Leandro at the Fox Theater in Oakland, is only open to those who are 18 or older. In addition to Cross, Shane Torres will take the stage. Many comedy shows will use poster printing as one of their promotion techniques. The show kicks off at 8:00pm, with the doors opening an hour earlier. The date for the event is January 11th.
