This October, the Sips and Sets: Coraline Press-On Class will be held in Rancho Cucamonga for anyone interested in learning how to design a Coraline-themed press-on nail set.
Organized by Felcia Ortega, a local nail technician and small business owner, the Sips and Sets is similar to art-related events like Sips and Strokes where participants paint an artwork through structured guidance as they enjoy adult libations and light bites. The Sips and Sets centers around designing nail designs for press-on nails. The October class will focus on designs from the fantasy world of Coraline, a popular children’s dark fantasy novella that was adapted into a stop-motion animated film.
All levels of ability are welcome to participate. The only prerequisite is loving nail art design. The class will be taught by an experienced instructor who will guide attendees through a step-by-step process of how to create stunning designs related to the Coraline world.
