Northridge market to salute small businesses

Etsy is an online platform that connects crafters and sellers of vintage items with those looking to buy, and those that call the SoCal area home will be gathering for a special event.

The SoCal Etsy Guild Market gives area artists, designers, and other makers a chance to show off the fruits of their labors. It has been scheduled for the Northridge Fashion Center, and while they shop, the public will be supporting area asked small businesses.

The pop-up market will be set up in the upper portion of the venue across from the H&M. It will be open for two days, and along with the hand crafted goods and other items for sale, craft-style food will also be available. Those who enjoy the “cottage core’” or decor styles look may find plenty to add to their personal collection, and everyone is encouraged to drop by in person.

Many communities host craft and other markets to help give the small business community some time in the sun. Community bulletins can be prepared by a printing services company to distribute to local households so they are aware of what is on offer for them right in their own home town.

The SoCal Etsy Guild Market will be setting up shop in Northridge on February 17 and 18. Anyone who would like to find out more, whether they wish to join the list of vendors or just do some browsing, can find the market on AllEvents.in.
