Northridge fair to focus on education and health

A call has gone out to Northridge not-for-profit organizations, sports teams and educators who have been looking for a venue where they can connect with the public they serve.

The organizers of the upcoming Calabasas Mommy’s Health and Education Fair are working to create an event that will attract a wide audience, offering a chance for locals to learn more about their community, all under one roof. It is not intended to be a retail sales event, and each participant will be expected to incorporate an interactive activity into its display.

Spaces are now available for booking during the function, and each will be six feet long. The planners requested that any that wish to use a table cover with a Logo Design should use it as a runner, and they also noted that any pop-up Banners will need to be pre-approved and be placed behind the tables. They recommended smaller signage, and any organization that needs this marketing materials to use as part of an occasion like this can source printing services in their local area.

One of the feature of this fair will be that each participant will offer some sort of interactive or hands-on component in its display. This can be anything from a coloring station to a craft to a spin the wheel and win a prize contest.

The Northridge Fashion Center has scheduled this community event for August 8. It will be set up in the lower level Sears Court.
