California State University Northridge’s (CSUN) campus has a special event in the works for Star Wars fans, and it will give them a sneak peek into some of the locations where it was filmed.
A half-hour-long virtual tour of various locations where Star Wars scenes were crafted is in the works, and the registrants are welcome to dress up in a costume if they wish. A virtual guide will offer fun facts and other trivia about the intergalactic franchise, and the event will include the prequels and sequels as well as those that made up the original trilogy.
Those who are interested can log in at any time during the activity. As it will be hosted using the Zoom platform, it can be viewed using a desktop, laptop or mobile device, and the hearing-impaired community will be able to access a version that includes closed captioning five business days after its scheduled date.
An online event like this may benefit from the services of area Print shops. They will be able to prepare backdrops for the different scenes as well as other printer items, and their poster printing services can help to promote it to the local community.
CSUN will be welcoming Star Wars fans for this special activity on March 25. There is no cost to participate, and it will begin at 12:00 pm.
