While the air may be cooling down, Northridge is just warming up thanks to a special event planned with beer and wine fans in mind.
The Granada Hills Street Fair is right around the corner, and one of its activities will be the Oktoberfest Beer and Wine Tasting, supported by the Granada Hills Rotary Foundation. While they raise their glass or stein, attendees will be supporting a variety of local and international charitable initiatives.
Each ticketholder will receive 10 samples, and both craft beers and wines will be on tap. The true suds fans in the crowd can try their luck in the stein holding contests, and prizes will be presented to the top entries. Food vendors will be setting up shop, and entertainment is on the agenda as well. At least five breweries and wineries will be represented, and questions can be directed to 818.408.6007.
An Oktoberfest or other celebration where food and beverages will be served may be able to make good use of the services of a professional printer. It will be able to prepare a Logo Design, which can then be added to Drinkware, volunteer and staff uniforms, and also Promotional Products and other swag.
This chance for Northridge to show some love to its craft brewery and winery community will bring the fun to 17609 Chatsworth Street in Granada Hills on Saturday, October 21. This will be the 9th year for the activity.
