This January, the Northridge area will be getting 2024 off to a tasty start by welcoming an event that gives local food truck operators time in the sun.
Dubbed the “Canoga Block Party” the food truck rally will also include a pop up market and other fun. It is one of a monthly series of activities, and each will have its own theme.
During this January event, the public will have the chance to choose some fare from one of the many mobile eateries that will be parked on site, and they may stick with their favorites or try something new. Pets are welcome to join the fun, but they will need to be leashed and kept under control. Small businesses surrounding the festival will be open, and there is lots of parking.
Local vendors that feel the festival is a good fit for them are welcome to submit an application to participate. It was explained that it may take some time for the organizers to review them, and the applications will contact if they will be offered a space. If a small business owner has a stack of Business Cards at the ready, they will be prepared for events as they come up.
The January Canoga Block Party will be kicking off its 2024 season on January 14th. It will run from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at 7248 Owensmouth Avenue.
