The SoCal Etsy Guild Market is an event that occurs monthly in several areas in Southern California, and Northridge holds its next one in just a couple of weeks’ time.
Etsy is a website that allows people to sell their handmade crafts online. Participating in a real life market themed around the site represents an opportunity for them to make more people aware of their products and to help them grow their business locally.
The market is expected to feature artists, crafters, and designers of all kinds. Items for sale will likely include clothing, paintings, pottery, decorative accessories, and handmade jewelry.
Booths are still available and anyone is eligible to rent one to sell their products, although vendors are encouraged to join the SoCal Etsy Guild. The fees for an 8 x 5-foot booth are $70 on Friday and $90 on Saturday or Sunday, or they can pay $200 to participate in all three days.
Many of the vendors who will be participating in the Northridge market will likely be investing in products such as Signs and Banners to draw attention to their booths.
