The 6th annual Taste of Mexico Culinary Festival is taking place next month in Los Angeles.
Guests will enjoy unlimited food tasting and drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails, and there will also be a Mezcaleria and Tequila Bar. There are expected to be over 50 food vendors representing top restaurants from Southern California and Baja.
There is set to be musical entertainment from groups such as El Conunto Nueva Ola, Metralleta De Oro, and Son Jarocho. There will also be mariachi bands, a photo booth and demonstrations of Cumbia (dance-oriented music that is called the “mother of all Latin music”).
VIP tickets are available for purchase, which allows the ticketholder to be admitted one hour earlier. Organizers are still accepting applications from volunteers to help ensure the festival runs smoothly. Sponsorships are also available for purchase.
It is likely that this festival will attract visitors from most Los Angeles neighborhoods, including Northridge. It is also probable that it will be advertised widely using signage and possible Banners provided by area Stationery printers.
The Taste of Mexico Culinary Festival will be held at La Plaza de Culturas Y Artes on October 15 from 6:00 to 11:00 PM. Tickets are $65 for general admission and $85 for VIP. Entry is restricted to those aged 21 and over. To find out more, visit the official event website.
