In order to celebrate the community, the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce is about to hit the streets.
The 2014 Granada Hills Street Faire will be devoted to custom cars, live music, and other entertainment. Guests can see a variety of unique and classic automobiles at the car show. In addition, trophies will be given to the best ‘50s costumes.
Attendees can also purchase food and crafts from one of the many vendors. CPR demonstrations and pet adoptions will be available too. Furthermore, children can enjoy a petting zoo, rock climbing, and other kid-friendly activities.
For $2 each, raffle tickets are available for purchase. Prizes range from restaurant gift cards to a 60-inch flat screen television. Those who buy larger quantities of tickets will receive a lower price per entry. There will also be a silent auction, and interested individuals can go to the Granada Hills Street Faire website to make a bid.
Local businesses and non-profit organizations will be present to promote services and provide information to attendees. It is likely these groups will have used printing services to create advertising materials. Flyers and direct mailers could be distributed to the local community, including Northridge.
The event takes place tomorrow, October, 11 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm on Chatsworth Street. Four blocks of the street, between Zelzah and Encino, will be utilized for the fair.Get a Free Quote for Flyers
