The 2020 Taste of Placentia is on the agenda and organizers are actively planning the festivities. A new location, Champions Sports Complex, will be the host venue.
Proceeds from the Taste of Placentia benefit the PYLUSD Schools. Activities include a concert in the park featuring the Hodads, food, and beverage and a business expo. The Hodads will perform on the main stage beginning at 6:30 pm. DJ Slim Dee will also be at the event playing before the live music and immediately after.
Over 75 restaurants are expected to be in the line-up. Restaurant registration will include an eight-foot table, another table for prep, and a 10x10 canopy. Each registrant will receive four wristbands as well as tasting plates. Restaurants will be responsible for providing plates, plastic silverware and napkins. Marketing materials such as Menus, Flyers and coupons may be distributed at the event. Breweries and other beverage purveyors are also invited to participate.
Local Print shops are available to assist with events of this type in preparing Flyers for vendors. Flyer printing can be done in full color with images and content, and any quantity needed can be ordered.
Vendor space is also available along with sponsorships; interested parties can apply online.
The Taste of Placentia will take place on October 22 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. The venue is located at 505 S. Jefferson Street.
