A sponsored golf event is coming to the Placentia area in a few weeks, and local golf enthusiasts are welcome to attend as players or spectators.
The 11th Annual SoCal Hyundai ESPN Golf Classic, sponsored by Coors Light, is set to kick off and begin raising funds to combat cancer. The money raised by participants and spectators will go to the V Foundation, an organization dedicated to Jimmy Valvano's life and his battle to find a cure for cancer.
The golf event aims to welcome the end of summer and the beginning of the football season. Attendees will be able to witness and interact with the 710 ESPN personalities as they broadcast the unfolding events on the links. Breakfast will be available to visitors via the Black Bear Diner at the hosting golf course. Banner printing is a welcoming and colorful way to greet attendees at sporting events like this.
Golfers and attendees will enjoy dinner and snacks from Shake Shack to stay refreshed and hydrated throughout the day. The driving range will open at 9:00 a.m., and the shotgun start will kick off at 10:00 a.m.
The Black Gold Golf Club will host a day of fun and fundraising on the links on Friday, September 6th. The gates will open at 8:00 AM. Tickets are available online for $1068 per attendee.
