Relationship seminar helps students and therapists grow near Placentia

Students, therapists, and interested parties looking to learn more about emotional intelligence and love will want to save the date, as an immersive workshop is coming to the Placentia area.

The How We Love Seminar, led by Dr. Jacqueline Mack-Harris, will provide insights for attendees to learn and grow within their relationships, and area residents are encouraged to attend. The workshop will focus on the book, “How We Love,” by Kay and Milan Yerkovich.

Attendees will explore the different aspects and intricacies of relationships. Mack-Harris will lead these guests on a quest to discover tools and strategies that are aimed at driving each person toward self-discovery and growth. Much of the session will focus on the attachment theory and how it affects communication. Poster printing can help organizers spread the word about such events and increase attendance.

Guests will have access to breakout sessions and role-playing to ensure they have the skills necessary to continue growing as individuals and partners. Event organizers are aiming for each person to leave the event with a better understanding of love and healthy connections. A free lunch and a break to enjoy the meal will be provided, and couples can sign up for six free therapy sessions.

Hope International University will host the seminar on Saturday, March 1, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. General admission tickets are available online for $28.52 per person.
