Project management training for Placentia
Next week, IcertPlanner, LLC will host a four-day project management professional (PMP) training and certification session in the Los Angeles region, which includes Placentia.
Knowledge Torch is a unique package that combines information for career advancement to PMP certification, which is recognized as the highest professional designation for project managers through the Project Management Institute.
The training will include 32 hours of interactive classroom provided by experienced instructors. Real world examples will be discussed that have been gathered from a variety of industries. PMP question banks along with test papers will be made available. The PMBOK Guide 6th Edition is included, as are chapter-end quizzes and case studies.
Class discussion will include project management, learning about relationship of operational management, programs, and portfolios. Students will learn to link project governance and organizational governance. The role of a project manager will be explored, along with stakeholders’ positions in the project. Enterprise environments and process assets are also planned.
Posters are often used to highlight specific features of a discussion. Poster printing can be handled by local print shops and can be done in full color.
