Placentia business owners interested in learning about helpful digital tools can attend a workshop during an April evening at the Yorba Linda Public Library.
How to Turn Digital Tools into Dollars is a small business workshop where participants can discover virtual resources they can use to improve their operations. During the lesson, viewers will be taught how to utilize applications such as Google My Business and the Google Search Console. Attendees will also learn the differences between customer-focused search engine optimisation (SEO) practices and algorithm-focused SEO.
The activity is held in partnership with SCORE OC, which is a non-profit association dedicated to helping smaller businesses find success through education and mentorships.
Amy Graves will be the presenter for the workshop. Graves is a marketing strategist and owner of AMV Innovative Consultants, Inc. who also has experience as an administrative analyst for Bauer Built Inc. She studied at the College of St. Scholastica and the University of California. Graves works with SCORE Mentors Inland Empire as a workshop presenter.
