Placentia braced for parade
This month, Placentia locals will gather for their ‘50th Annual Heritage Festival and Parade’.
Residents can start off their morning with a pancake breakfast, courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce. Then, they can watch a parade with clowns, bands, floats, equestrian acts, and public figures.
After the parade, guests can visit the festival and enjoy DJ music, along with a wide array of food. A kids’ game area will have entertainers like mimes and balloon twisters as well.
Adults can enjoy the craft fair, where vendors will be selling homemade items. Furthermore, a car show will have unique automobiles and boats out for viewing purposes. At the business expo and non-profit organization booths, guests can find out more about services in the local area.
