Residents in Anaheim, and nearby Placentia, can attend a huge upcoming health and fitness event.
The Fit Expo is a two-day event at the Anaheim Convention Center, where businesses will be promoting and selling fitness-related goods, along with health and wellness products. There will be special celebrity guests like Billy Blanks, along with a celebrity boot camp.
Tickets cost $25 per day or $40 for both. Online tickets require an additional fee, but also include a subscription to a health magazine. Children’s tickets can be purchased at the door for $10, while those aged six and under are free.
Throughout the weekend, guests can check out one of the 20 competitions, programs, and demonstrations that are included with admission. Attendees may want to see the Ironman competition, participate in a mini-workout session, or watch the fashion show.
Younger attendees can check out the anti-bullying workshop and a kids’ martial arts demonstration. For an additional charge, there are child-sitting services in the kids’ zone, where there will be face painting and a bouncy house.
Often, event organizers use postcard printing to reach a wide audience. Direct mailers could be sent out to the local community.
The expo will take place August 22 from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, and August 23 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. The Anaheim Convention Center is located on 800 West Katella Avenue.
