Food festival showcases Placentias best restaurants
Food enthusiasts and Placentia residents with a curiosity for dining options will be feeling lucky next month, as an annual food festival is in the works in town.
The 11th Annual Taste of Placentia festival, one of the town’s most popular celebrations, is around the corner, providing residents and visitors with the chance to sample food options from the town’s top restaurants, cafes, and vendors. The previous year’s festival had over 100 vendors, and organizers are anticipating increased participation this year.
Local breweries and wineries are also expected to attend and provide samples of their seasonal options, along with their classics. Guests who choose to indulge in alcohol are requested to do so responsibly and ensure they have a designated driver.
Live music will provide the soundtrack for the experience, with local band The ’80s All Stars taking the stage and playing classic hits. Banner printing is just one way to welcome guests to such festivals, increasing attendance, and helping participating vendors build their brands. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome for the concert. Outside coolers and food will not be allowed into the festival’s host site.
The food festival is scheduled for Thursday, August 14th, starting at 5:00 and ending at 9:00 PM. It will be held at Tri-City Park in Placentia. General admission is all-inclusive and costs $45 per guest.
