Diamond 9 Sports in Placentia will be offering a meet-&-greet experience with a famous baseball player in December.
Fans of Rollie Fingers can attend a public autograph signing where they can take a photo with the former baseball player. Guests can have Fingers sign baseball trading cards for $35 and baseballs for $39. There is also an option to bring in a personal item for Fingers to sign that costs $55. The event will also include appearances from Steve Garvey and Don Aase. Customers may purchase signable objects at the venue on the day of the program.
Rollie Fingers was a baseball star who played with teams such as the San Diego Padres, the Milwaukee Brewers, and the Kansas City Athletics. He won several awards during his career, including the AL Cy Young Award. Fingers was added to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1992 and was later accepted into the San Diego Hall of Champions in 2000. He has even appeared in commercials for Pepsi Max.
The meet-&-greet will be held on Saturday, December 17th from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Diamond 9 Sports will open its doors at 10:00 am. All guests must purchase autograph tickets, and only one autograph will be given per ticket.
