Dog lovers and racing enthusiasts can look forward to a unique event in the Placentia area at the end of April.
The West Coast Weiner Dog Races are set to begin with dozens of dachshunds prepared to strut their stuff in a friendly racing competition. The event is designed to create a cute and competitive atmosphere for attendees to enjoy. The races will occur on a dog drag strip, with some dachshunds sprinting and others enjoying a stroll in front of spectators.
Dogs will compete for prizes and medals, and the top competitors will qualify for the national championships where they will compete against other top dachshunds from around the United States. Banner printing is an outstanding way to welcome the dogs across the finish line at events like this.
Thousands of guests are expected to attend the event, with other racing events on the docket featuring corgis, basset hounds, mixed mutts, and dachshunds. The race provides an ideal atmosphere for families and dog lovers to watch a unique and memorable racing experience.
The Mess Hall FLIGHT venue will host the wiener dog races on Saturday, April 27. The first group will take off at noon, and the races will end at 2:30 PM. Registration is free for dogs, and spectator tickets start at $8 per person.
