The deadline to nominate local businesses for the Excellence in Placentia Awards is coming up in the next few days.
To be nominated, these businesses must be active in Placentia and have had a noticeable impact on the life of the community. Businesses and individuals may nominate themselves.
They will be competing in six separate categories: Business of the Year, New Business, Not-for-Profit Organization of the Year, Family-owned Business of the Year, Woman-owned Business of the Year, and Citizen(s) of the Year.
The awards will be handed out at the Excellence in Placentia Awards gala that will be held at the Alta Vista Country Club on January 26 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. This is an important annual networking event for the Placentia business community, which likely will feature a networking reception, dinner, and the awards ceremony.
This will be a Placentia event that will have attendees ordering more of their luxury Business Cards, with attendees being safe in the knowledge that they have enough cards and that their contact information is up-to-date.
