Napa fundraising feast to feature fresh crab
Napa crab lovers may want to dig out their bibs and claw crackers for a virtual event that will include freshly caught seafood.
This January will see the return of The Crab Feed, which has raised funds for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Napa Valley since 1991. This will be the second year in which it has been hosted online, and a digital auction will be offered to the public as well.
The organizers of the activity explained that last year, it was able to raise a net amount of more than $140,000, and they are keeping their fingers crossed that 2022 will be as big of a success. Those who would like to enjoy the feast can choose from a variety of ticket options, and these all include Dungeness crabs as well as an assortment of side dishes.
Although this year's feast and fundraising auction will take place virtually, sponsoring the function will still offer real-world benefits. These include having a company’s logo design included in the materials prepared to market it to the public, and information about this has been added to the function’s online listings.
The rescheduled 2022 Boys and Girls Clubs of Napa Valley annual Crab Feed will be entertaining diners on January 22. The pre-ordered dinners can be picked up at 1515 Pueblo Avenue in Napa.
