What's Happening in Napa, CA…

Downtown Napa to illuminate evening skies

The Napa City Council has already begun to prepare for a lighting festival slated to take place in late January. This display of lights will be open to the public for one month, and it is certain to attract a significant crowd.

The 2026 Napa Lighted Art Festival will offer plenty of visual spectacles to enjoy, and this is a family-friendly event. This festival is also meant to showcase the talent of local artists, and many of their works will be on display. Two companies are providing their sourced talent. Amigo Amigo, and Ava Animation and Visual Arts will be decorating downtown Napa, and several pieces have already been confirmed.

The majority of these are associated with the notion of concept art. The main intention is to provide an immersive end-user experience, and to take visitors on a visual journey while walking streets that they are already familiar with.

Festivals associated with art will often employ unique marketing methods to advertise their features. A handful of examples include professional poster printing, partnering with volunteers to distribute brochures, and creating banner advertisements.

The 2026 Napa Lighted Art Festival will open its doors on Saturday, January 17th, and conclude on Monday, February 16th. This event will be taking place throughout downtown Napa, and there is no charge to attend. Lights will normally be activated at dusk. More information can be found by visiting the official Lighted Art Festival website.
