Napa event to showcase Mediterranean fare
The Mediterranean region is well known for its flavorful foods, and these will be the focus of a Napa event that will offer a culinary trip to this part of the globe.
The Culinary Institute of America’s Napa venue has set the date for its Plant Forward Mediterranean Cuisine workshop, and it will include everything from African to Spanish fare. The attendees will walk away with knowledge and skills they can use in their own home kitchen, and it will be hands-on learning.
During the class, the attendees will pick up some new food preparation techniques, and they will also discover how to incorporate the flavors of Mediterranean spices and ingredients into their everyday cooking. They will be working with a variety of plant based products, and there will be some animal proteins used as well. The registration fee is $175.00, and it will be a no credit class.
