Each year, Monterey’s Artichoke Festival showcases the city to the world, and the fun will keep on going with a charity golf tournament.
Area golfers will be heading to the links at Pajaro Golf Club for the third annual Artichoke Festival Charity Golf Tournament, which raises funds that will be used to ensure those in need have a bright holiday season. The day offers an assortment of challenges and other special activities. The fee to register for the tournament is $150, with a lunch-only ticket option available for anyone who is unable to play.
The plants for the day include longest drive, closest to the pin, and Challenge a Pro competitions, and there will also be prizes awarded for a hole-in-one. Each $15 donation will garner a golfer one free mulligan (second attempt at a shot), and breakfast, an awards luncheon, green fees, and the use of a cart are all included.
To thank everyone for their support, each golfer will go home with a goodie bag filled with Promotional Products prepared for the occasion. Sponsorship opportunities are available, and the function’s registration system is open now.
This chance to enjoy a day of fun in the sun while ensuring everyone in the community has a happy holiday season will tee off on November 12. More details for golfers, potential sponsors, and the general public can be found on its website.
