A celebration that combines classic cars with classic tunes and other entertainment will add some extra heat to early summer here in Monterey, and it will be the 16th year for the festival.
The annual Monterey Rock and Rod festival is right around the corner for the community, and the presenting sponsor for the occasion this year is Custom House Realty and Property Management. Custom House Plaza, located in the city’s downtown, will serve as the location for all the fun, and it is anticipated that hundreds of vintage vehicles will be rolling in for the day.
The cars and trucks will all be pre-1975, and they will be joined by an assortment of live performers who will take to the stage. Food and a variety of branded merchandise will be available at the vendor tables, and awards will be presented to the owners of the top entries.
The function is set to serve as a fundraising day, and its charity of choice is Gateway Center of Monterey County, Inc. A fundraiser or other recurring event may benefit from having a Logo Design prepared by a graphic design professional.
The 2023 Monterey Rock and Rod Festival will be bringing the fun to the city on June 17. It will run from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, and everyone is encouraged to stop by and join the fun of the experience.
