Monterey area to welcome back Good Old Days

The Monterey area will be celebrating its past, present, and future when it welcomes one and all for the return of its Good Old Days Street Festival.

The 66th annual running of this event will kick off the month of May, and it will be on offer along Lighthouse Avenue in downtown Pacific Grove. With so much fun in the works, it has been spread out over two days, and the festivities will be free to the public.

The activity, which attracts both locals and visitors, will be held rain or shine. It is anticipated that it will draw vendors from several states, and the foodies in the crowd may find plenty to choose from.

Billed as the biggest event of its kind in Monterey County, this year’s event will see the return of the Good Old Days Parade. This is being organized by the Pacific Grove chapter of the Rotary Club.

Outdoor festivals often attract a large group of attendees. A banner printing company may be tasked with crafting decor that is suitable for use outdoors, and this service is likely to be available at a variety of price points.

The 66th annual Good Old Days Street Festival is scheduled for the May 3 and 4 weekend. A full description of what is on offer is available on the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce’s website.
