The Monterey area is set to join communities across the United States by marking Veterans Day with a special ceremony thanking vets for their service and remembering those lost.
Downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea has scheduled a special event in honor of Veterans Day, which will take place in Devendorf Park. The community’s American Legion Post will be taking part, and the planners of the ceremony can be reached by phone at 831-620-2020.
Several area dignitaries have been invited to address the crowd during the function, and these include the mayor and military officials. Following this, the attendees will be able to enjoy a tour of the American Legion Post and find out what it has on offer. The friends and families of the vets are welcome to take the tour as well. This is all free of charge.
Public events often call for decorations that fit in well with the event’s overall theme. This can be crafted by a banner printing company, which will also have a variety of options available for Letterheads and other custom design work.
The Monterey area is welcome to attend this Veterans Day ceremony, which will be held at the traditional time of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. The Carmel-by-the-Sea website offers additional details for anyone who plans on including this event in their schedule for the day.Get a Free Quote for Letterheads
