The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (LSSGB) course is scheduled to be hosted in Monterey this October.
Created and taught by Flintstone Learning, this eight-hour management course centers on the Six Sigma Tools and the DMAIC framework for improving business processes. DMAIC stands for define, measure, analyze, improve, and control.
The LSSGB Certification course will teach participants how to perform data analysis and hypothesis testing, find areas in need of improvement, recognize and decrease the frequency of errors, and increase overall efficiency
This all-day Monterey course will also include perks such as real case studies, 24 offered professional development units (PDUs), and quizzes to test each student’s knowledge of the Six Sigma tools. When teaching classes, event organizers often use printing services to produce detailed handouts such as Brochures, Flyers, or other physical references to aid students in their learning progression.
For individuals who wish to participate in this certification course, online registration costs $2,099 per person. In order to qualify for the course, each participant must either possess basic familiarity with the Six Sigma framework or have had at least three years of work experience in their respective fields.
This event is set to take place at the Meeting Center on Tuesday, October 27 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Places can be booked via Eventbrite.
