Residents of Lancaster and San Pedro received the exciting news in October that the fire-grilled chicken chain El Pollo Loco was opening a location in each of their communities.
Lancaster’s El Pollo Loco opened on October 26, while the San Pedro location opened two days later. The Lancaster restaurant covers 3,000 square feet and seats 77 guests in its dining room. Features include an open kitchen layout, which allows customers to view the brand’s signature chicken while it is being grilled, and the restaurant’s hacienda design that has become synonymous with its brand.
Although the quality of any restaurant’s food is what brings customers back, the chain’s success can at least partially be attributed to its branding. This has been accomplished via its restaurants’ design, style and atmosphere, as well as with its carefully crafted personalized Stationery.
The restaurant in San Pedro is a little larger, with a 3,290 square foot interior and seating for 82 patrons. It also features the hacienda design.
Operating hours for both restaurants are 10:00 am to 11:00 pm seven days a week. Dine-in service concludes an hour before closing.
