Memorial Day event in Laguna Hills

Laguna Hills residents can celebrate Memorial Day with a run.

The Laguna Hills Memorial Day Half Marathon, 5K & 10K acknowledges Americans’ sacrifices. The half marathon is a demanding route that offers runners a chance to enjoy Laguna Hills’ beauty. The 10K and 5K will take place on the city streets but are still challenging.

In addition to the half marathon, 10K and 5K, there is a Kids Run and a Diaper Dash, and all races begin at 7.00 am. The races are scheduled for May 26, but those who would like to do so may get their packets on May 24 and 25 at Road Runner Sports in Oakbrook Village Center, from 11.00 am until 4.00 pm.

Packet pickup on race day begins at 5.30 am. The opening ceremonies begin at 6.50 am, and the three major races begin at the Laguna Hills Mall at 7.00 am. A Community Expo is planned at the Laguna Hills Community Center from 7.30 am until 11.30 am.

The beer garden will be open from 8.00 am until 12.00 pm, and a shuttle bus will run continuously between the mall and the community center from 8.30 am until 12.00 pm.

Registration for the Kids Run starts at 8.30 am, and the race begins at 9.30 am. Finally, the Diaper Dash, for little ones three and under, begins at 9.45 am. When they organize events like this, planners can use banner printing to create course markers.
