Huntington Beach residents will want to save the date for next month, as the community’s tree lighting ceremony has an official date in the Books.
The ceremony, which aims to bring Huntington Beach together to kick off the holidays, will light the town’s giant tree on the beach. The event aims to create a magical environment paired with a performance from the Orange County Performing Arts Center carolers, who will sing holiday songs and classics.
Santa Claus is expected to make an appearance, and parents will want to have their smartphones and cameras ready to capture photos of their children with the holiday staple. Local vendors will be set up at the hosting venue to display their handcrafted goods, providing a fun space for attendees to begin their holiday shopping. Banner printing is an excellent way to welcome visitors and promote event sponsors at such ceremonies.
Upon arrival at the tree lighting ceremony, guests will be greeted with a complimentary hot cocoa. Other themed snacks and beverages will be available at the gathering for additional fees. Guests can drop off unused toys to support Toys for Tots at the ceremony.
