HB Car Club is bringing the OV Overdrive Car Show to Huntington Beach this May.
The event is open to all pre-1990 cars, bikes, trucks, as well as specialty rides. Event specialties are expected to include a wide range of categories, such as competition cars, antiques, exotics and sports cars, hot rods and street rods, mini and micro cars, muscle cars, trucks, race cars, and motorcycles.
Originally formed in Southern California by a group of car enthusiasts, HB Car Club reflects the region’s long-standing reputation as a hub of car culture in the U.S. As the group has grown, it officially became a non-profit organization in 2017 and has since organized and supported similar events across the area.
Alongside the vehicle displays, there will be live music, food vendors, raffle draws, and trophy presentations. The event will also serve as a fundraiser, with proceeds supporting athletics at Ocean View High School (OVHS).
For events like these, organizations may rely on banner printing and poster printing to create a strong visual presence. Well-designed materials help highlight event details and add to the overall vibe.
Admission for spectators is free, while those who wish to showcase their vehicles will need to pay a $35 registration fee.
The event will take place at Ocean View High School in Huntington Beach on May 2, 2026, from 12 pm to 3:30 pm.
