Huntington Beach history lovers who want to celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States won’t need to travel far, as a celebration and reenactment are being planned in town.
The Revolution in Huntington Beach 2026: 250th Anniversary, presented by the Huntington Beach Historical Society, has announced an official date for the celebrations this March, inviting families in the area to join and learn more about the American Revolution. It is expected to be the largest American Revolution event in all of Southern California, and it will be held across two days.
It will be a family-friendly event, and interested parties can choose from four time slots to see the reenactment, with the first starting at 1:00 PM on Saturday. Banner printing is a proven way for events and marketers to reach a broad audience while providing a memorable welcome to attendees.
Attendees will get to experience the founding of the nation through living history presenters. Food will be available at the Huntington Beach Historical Society tent, with food service ending after the second battle reenactment. Students are also encouraged to attend and ask questions of the event’s historians.
Huntington Beach Park will be the host site of the 250th Anniversary celebration and reenactments, which will be held on the weekend of March 7th and 8th. Attendance is free and open to the public.
