uBreakiFix, a company that specializes in repairing technological products in one day, has opened a shop it is calling uBreakiFix Huntington Beach, even though it is located in Westminster on Beach Boulevard.
The company is the brainchild of Justin Wetherill, and the franchise services electronics of all brands, fixing cameras, water damage, cracked screens, and other technical issues. The chain now has 270 stores throughout North America.
The new store is owned by Tom Snyder, Mark Snyder, Mark Weber, and Sid Kato, who own another uBreakiFix in Santa Ana. The four have more than 25 years' IT experience in total, and are looking forward to expanding the company's reach and positioning it as a brand leader in technology repair.
Kato said the team understands how important technology has become to everyone's daily lives, and they further know people do not have time to wait days while their devices are repaired. This is the idea behind the company's aim of repairing tech in one day.
The new store is the fifth uBreakiFix in the area, with others in Costa Mesa, Orange, Santa Ana, and Seal Beach. The company says it can fix anything that comes with a power button, and that degree of service is what distinguishes it from other repair facilities.
Companies like this can benefit by working with flyer printing companies, which can create handouts for distribution near the site. If coupons are included, they can be an extra incentive for customers to visit the store.
