The 2nd annual OC Chef Off, Texas Style BBQ Reunion is taking place this August in Fountain Valley, raising funds for the Alzheimer's Family Services Center in Huntington Beach.
Four local chefs will be preparing plenty of tasty BBQ sliders and sides, and the public will then vote for their favorite dish. There will also be beverages available for purchase. Guests will all receive a goodie bag filled with samples and coupons from local business. Several vendors will also be on hand to sell their products or to provide information about their programs and services.
In addition, there will be a raffle in which the prize is a $100 Visa card.
This will be a good opportunity for local small businesses in the Huntington Beach area to make their names known in the community by showcasing their products. Many of them may draw more attention to their booths or tables by investing in services such as sign and banner printing.
The OC Chef Off Texas Style BBQ Reunion will be held at Palm Island Senior Apartment Homes on August 6 from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm.
