The 28th Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce's Economic Conference is taking place this April. This year's theme is ‘Finding balance, managing prosperity’.
With top businesspeople in the area sure to be in attendance, the day will start off with registration, coffee, and networking opportunities. It will continue with welcome remarks and will introduce Huntington Beach mayor Matthew Harper. This will be followed by an economic forecast by Dr. John Husing, an overview by the Huntington Beach Economic Development Office, and a regional perspective from Curt Pringle.
Luncheon will be served after the presentations and is set to feature a keynote address from Dan Walters of the Sacramento Bee.
Sponsorships are available from $300 to $1,500 and advertisements in the official program will range in price from $100 up to $300.
To ensure that they get the most out of this event, there is no doubt that many Huntington Beach businesspeople will be bringing along their digital Business Cards to pass along to their peers. Area Print companies may find an increase in the number of orders for cards.
The Economic Conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa on April 15 from 8:15 am until noon. Tickets for members are $75 until March 30 and $85 after, while nonmember tickets are $95 each.
